Privacy, with care.

We collect only what helps Sangam run the community: newsletter email addresses when you ask to receive updates, content you share with the organisers, and aggregate site usage when analytics are enabled.

Newsletter

If you subscribe, your email is stored so we can send occasional Sangam updates. The current console supports viewing and CSV export for authorised administrators. Campaign sending through Brevo is not active.

Analytics

When a GA4 measurement ID is configured, we record aggregate page views and action events such as join, registration, resource, and newsletter clicks. We do not send form values or email addresses to analytics.

Admin access

Console access uses verified Google accounts and role grants stored in Firebase. Content drafts and revision history are private to authorised accounts. Public content is published only through the release pipeline.
